Strategies 7-9…
As a reminder, here are our last three of the nine strategies we’ll be covering today.
Strategy 7: Leverage GenAI to beat….GenAI?!
Strategy 8: Company Distributed User Generated Content
Strategy 9: Intent-First Content Mapping
Strategy 7: “Leverage GenAI to Beat… GenAI?!”
Key Theme: Use generative AI productively rather than fighting it. Amplify your unique voice, speed up production, and stand out in the sea of AI-driven content The key here is to not write with AI (IMHO), but to use it in the process right up to writing, but stay with human writing to stand out against a sea of GenAI content that’s unoriginal.
Tactic 1: AI-Assisted (emphasis on assisted) Brainstorming & Drafting
Tactic: Use GenAI tools for topic ideas and initial outlines of your content. GenAI can be a great brainstorming partner.
Implementation Tip: Always incorporate human editing and personal insights to ensure the final product isn’t generic.
Outcome: Reduce production time while still delivering deeper, more original perspectives than purely AI-generated vomited forth fluff.
Tactic 2: Rapid A/B Testing of Content
Tactic: Prompt an AI tool to produce multiple versions of the same (human written) social post, blog intro, or ad copy. Compare performance.
Implementation Tip: Keep logs of each variant and gather real-time engagement data (click-through, watch time).
Outcome: Data-backed decisions on which style resonates with your audience, improving content ROI quickly.
Tactic 3: AI-Powered Personalization at Scale
Tactic: Automate personalized email subject lines or landing page headlines using AI-based buyer intent data.
Implementation Tip: Have a human verify the final output to ensure it’s contextually correct and not awkward.
Outcome: Highly relevant messaging for each segment or even each individual, boosting response rates.
Tactic 4: AI for Competitive Research
Tactic: Use generative AI to quickly summarize competitor messaging, top features, and brand positioning from public content.
Implementation Tip: Combine AI output with your own analysis to highlight meaningful differentiators your brand can lean on.
Outcome: Gain strategic insights faster, letting you pivot or refine your approach ahead of slower-moving competitors.
Strategy 8: Company-Distributed User Generated Content (UGC)
Key Theme: GenAI engines love context and authority and that means UGC helps ‘ranking’ very heavily because it has both. Harness the power of employees, partners, and customers as “distributed brand ambassadors,” each creating or sharing content that highlights your brand from different angles.
