You’ve started your company, gotten some SAFEs, in a pre-seed and now completed a priced seed. Congratulations, you now have quarterly board meetings. Let’s look at what to do and what not to do?

Three things happened recently that inspired the idea for this one:

First, at ReFiBuy, we completed our Seed round on May 5th. With the completion of this round we had a board and thus, recently had our first board meeting. I haven’t had a first meeting since 2014 and it was fun to think about how to start out fresh, how to streamline the process, etc.…
